From Concern…. To Constructive Contributions
Become Part of the Gujarat Reconstruction Project (GRP)

The earthquake has moved us all. We would all like to contribute our bit. And yet we must do it in a manner that is constructive and reaches those directly affected.

What if this can be done through our own organisation? Yes; BCAS has decided to play a constructive role for this great cause along with other organisations.

1. Reconstruction :
   We will directly adopt entire village/s or other areas in towns for reconstruction and rehabilitation and /or
   Help restore / construct schools / medical facilities or similar essential utilise in affected villages / areas.

2. Personal Visit :
   For this purpose, a team consisting of Sarva Shri Narayan Varma, Rajesh Shah and four other members along with Shri V. H. Patil will visit Surendra Nagar district on 11th & 12th March. After the site inspection and meeting with the villagers / town inhabitants, specific work will be selected.

3. The project will be executed under our direct care and supervision.

4. Periodic progress will be intimated through the BCA Journal.

5. Focus will be to carry out constructive rehabilitation with all round human development.

6. No administrative expenses (including travel cost) will be charged to the project. All members will donate their time and efforts without any charges / reimbursements.

7. Accountability :
   Your contributions will be provided linkage / identification with the direct beneficiaries. We will provide photograph, name and address of the family / school who would benefit through your contribution. Our target is to collect rupees two crores and build a village with schools, dispensaries and infrastructure.

Your contribution will greatly strengthen / reflect our collective commitment for this massive task. We are confident that you, with your vast association and important clients all over the world, can contribute very significantly to the BCA effort .

We want to meet you & discuss with you our plans for the project. Our committee members will contact you for an appointment.

We have decided to collect funds under the name “Shree Jivanlal Keshrichand Memorial Trust A/c. Gujarat Earthquake Relief Fund”. All donations will qualify for 100% deduction U/s. 80-G.
